Use of the application

Voyagante is designed to accompany the exploration of cultural, historical, and tourist destinations through audiovisual content and location-based features.

The use of the application does not replace official instructions, safety rules, or guidance provided by local authorities or the administrators of each site.

Responsible use and safety

Users must use the application responsibly and respectfully, especially in religious, cultural, or crowded spaces.

We recommend using headphones, preferably in one ear only, to avoid disturbing others and to remain aware of your surroundings.

Users are responsible for paying attention to their physical surroundings while using the application, including pedestrians, vehicles, stairs, uneven surfaces, and other environmental conditions.

Voyagante is not responsible for accidents, losses, theft, or incidents that occur while using the application or visiting tourist destinations.

Content

The content provided is intended for cultural, educational, informational, and recreational purposes.

Although reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Voyagante does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, timeliness, availability, or completeness of the content.

Certain content, opening hours, access conditions, events, or destination conditions may change without prior notice.

Digital purchases

Destinations, audio guides, and content purchased within the application are digital products.

Purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, in accordance with their own payment terms and policies.

Unless required by applicable law, digital purchases made within Voyagante are non-refundable.

Purchases may be associated with a specific account, active device, or the platform used to make the purchase.

Digital purchases are not transferable between accounts.

Deleting an account may affect the ability to restore purchased content within the application.

Device and account usage

Voyagante may limit certain features or access to a single active device associated with the user’s account for security, technical validation, and prevention of unauthorized use.

If the user changes devices, content restoration will depend on technical availability, purchase validation, and compatibility with the platform used.
