Delete your Voyagante account
You can start deletion without having the app installed.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Delete Voyagante account” and request deletion of your account and data. If you use another address, we will ask you to verify ownership.
What we delete
Your Firebase Authentication account; Firestore profile, device identifier and access data; internal purchase records and other data linked to your UID.
Timing and limited retention
We normally process a verified request within 30 days and confirm completion. A technical or security incident or a legal obligation may extend that period; if so, we will inform the user. Only minimum records required for tax, fraud prevention, or disputes are retained.
Before you request
Deletion may prevent restoring Voyagante purchases. Purchases cannot be transferred between accounts. Cancel any Google Play or Apple subscription separately. Downloaded data remains until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
